Official rules for Toxic Buddy
If you are to break a rule in this list, or show inappropriate behavior, you will be infracted by a member of the staff, or possibly banned. IT IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE STAFF MEMBER!
The DO NOTS:
Hacking - This refers to any form of damaging [1] the server, attempts to damage the server, or [2] cracking an account on the forums.
Phishing - Posting links to websites for the purpose of stealing/gaining personal information is NOT allowed. This includes passwords and account stealing.
Spamming - This is an obvious no-no, do not post things that are not necessary, if you spam excessively, you will be banned. If you Spam elsewhere of the Spam Forum, you will be infracted.
Mini-Mod . If you're not a moderator, don't act like one. We would like to encourage and thank members to use the report button, but not add their own criticism. This just adds spam and extra hassle for Mods/Admins whom are trying to sort things out. There's a report button for a reason, use it.
Scamming - Obviously, you may not deceive other users to steal from them. Failure to abide is an instant permanent ban, as well as an IP ban.
Signature Violation A - Do not have sigs bigger then 500x250.
Signature Violation B - If a link says google.com, we expect it to take us to google.com. You are NOT allowed to use tinyurl, and/or use your own LinkBucks. Links that trick members into visiting other sites will be infracted and even banned.
Plagiarism - Simply do not take someone else's work and claim it as your own. This includes posting Poems. Be generous to the creator for all the hard work invested. Give him credit.
Posting Class files - You are not allowed to post class files. They can be used for malicious reasons.
Flaming - Starting fights or aggravating other users is unacceptable. This not only hurts your reputation as a member of Toxic Buddy, but also could force the member to never come back, hurting us.
Advertising - You are not allowed to advertise on this forum at all, unless stated otherwise in the section, or with the permission of Darklom only.
Referral Links - Not allowed anywhere, including your signature, this also means no images/banners. (ex. price rebel)
Bumping - Posting in a thread for it to go to the top of the board is considered spam. Only post necessary things that pertain to the original topic.
Double Posting - Posting multiple times in a row, is spam and not allowed.
Offsite Links - If it leads to a download, referral link, porn, or other non relevant content, it is not allowed. (there are few exceptions)
Pornography/NSFW - This is NOT allowed for the safety of our members. No questions asked.
Ban Evading - If you evade a temporary or permanent ban you are subjected to an IP ban.
Reporting - If you see a post that is breaking any of the above rules, you should report it and we will deal with it as soon as we can. This ensures everyone enjoys their stay and is satisfied with what we have to offer.
Falsely Reporting - If you are caught reporting someone for something they did not do, or report a scam without valid proof, you are subject to punishment.
Sectional Rules - Check the stickies for sectional rules that may only apply in that board.
Post in correct board - There is a place for everything, make sure you look for the appropriate place to make your posts before you make them. If you need assistance, just PM a staff member.
Terms Key:
[1]Damage - Anything that will alter the performance of the server i.e. DDOS.
[2]Cracking - Figuring out someones password by either bruteforce or just mere guessing.
[3]Leaked - Something that was initially private, but was made public without the consent of the owner.
[4]Flaming - Fighting, dissing, generally talking shit to another user or fighting with them.
Flame:

Non Flame:
I disagree with you in many ways, and I am not a fan of your scripts.
[5]NSFW - Not Safe For Work, anything you wouldnt want your boss to see you looking at while you are at work.
The following are a set of amendments to clarify the rules for those people who wish to nitpick:
Amendment 1 - There are no excuses for breaking the rules. It doesn't matter if you were angry at the time and weren't thinking straight. It doesn't matter if you were only kidding around. If you break a rule, it does the same damage, regardless of your reasons for breaking it, and you will be punished all the same.
Amendment 2 - Staff abuse will not be tolerated. As a staff member, your job is to help the people, not harm them. You may only use your powers for the purposes that they have been given to you for. There is no limit on how much you may be punished for this severe offense as this must be stopped at all costs to protect the people. This means that if you abuse your powers, there is a good chance you will be permanently banned.
Amendment 3 - Staff members may interpret the rules as they see fit. Any decision they make that contradicts or complies with the rules is allowed.
